1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DailyGames.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DailyGames.cc provides free daily puzzle games accessible through web browsers. Guest users may play up to 3 games per day. Registered users (free accounts) enjoy unlimited plays, streak tracking, stats, and leaderboard access.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email and password or third-party authentication (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free Accounts and iOS App

All registered accounts are free and include unlimited daily plays, the puzzle archive, statistics, and leaderboard access. The DailyGames iOS app is available as a separate purchase ($2.99/year) and includes an ad-free experience and offline play.

5. iOS App Purchases

The iOS app subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You may cancel through your Apple ID settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game results
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DailyGames.cc, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, text, and software, is the property of HD Signals LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

HD Signals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
